Multi-Acre Land Clearing

Scope of Work

• Selective tree marking with owner walk-through
• Forestry mulching of brush and small trees
• Stump grinding to below grade
• Burn pile management and debris haul-off

Challenges

Owner wanted to keep a 30-foot mature-pine buffer along the road and protect a small wetland in the southeast corner. We hand-flagged the buffer and ran the mulcher one tree-length away from the wetland flagging.

Outcome

Buildable area cleared cleanly, buffer intact, wetland untouched. Owner posted to the Plainfield-area builder marketplace and had three foundation bids inside a week.
