Scope of Work

• Strip and stockpile topsoil
• Cut-and-fill grading to engineer plan
• Detention basin excavation
• Curb-cut and access road sub-base

Challenges

Tight site adjacent to an active storefront required dust control, traffic coordination, and after-hours staging for material delivery. Storm-water plan had to handle a 25-year event in a constrained basin.

Outcome

Pad delivered to spec, basin passed DEEP review on first inspection, and the general contractor started foundation work on the originally-promised date.
