• Foundation French drain (perimeter, 4-inch perforated)
• Uphill curtain drain interceptor
• Daylight discharge to safe outfall

Challenges

Property sat downhill from a paved cul-de-sac that funneled storm water straight into the back yard every heavy rain. Sump alone was failing because surface water was overwhelming it from above.

Outcome

Basement has been dry through two full wet seasons. Owner removed the sump after the first spring. No callbacks.
