Scope of Work

• Site survey, utility marking, tree protection
• Full basement excavation to 9-foot depth
• Footing trench cutout to engineer specs
• Backfill prep and crushed-stone base

Challenges

The lot had a high water table on the back third and a section of buried fieldstone from a 19th-century foundation. We adjusted the dig pattern to keep the basement floor above the seasonal water line and pulled the stone in a single afternoon without slowing the framing schedule.

Outcome

Builder framed walls on day three. Final inspection passed without callbacks. Customer cleared CO four weeks ahead of their original schedule.
