Grading & Leveling — Custom Home Lot

Scope of Work

• GPS site survey with elevation map
• Rock removal where ledge surfaced
• Cut-and-fill to engineered pad elevation
• Finish grade with positive drainage on all sides

Challenges

Granite outcrop surfaced under the planned garage corner. We quoted the rock work upfront after the initial probe — no surprise change order — and used a hydraulic breaker to keep the schedule.

Outcome

Pad delivered on the originally-quoted date with the rock work absorbed into the existing schedule. Builder reported zero settling at the one-year mark.
